Simply place our sample collection device on your arm, click the red button and let the blood flow. Be sure to read the detailed instructions or video that comes with your test kit.
Ideally you should try to provide the laboratory with a full tube or at least reach the 600uL line. This ensures we will be able to run all requested tests.
You may not see blood for more than 5 minutes. Blood flow varies amongst patients and can take up to 10 minutes. Don’t worry this is normal.

Don't stress. There's a good chance we will be able to run all your panels. Because we run our own labs we can give hands on attention to every sample. If there is an issue with your sample when we receive it, we will contact you.
